This page explains how to delete a DramaHalo account created with Google or email. Guest accounts cannot be deleted because they are device-only and are not linked to a personal identity.
1. Delete in the App
- Sign in with Google or email.
- Open Profile > Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This is the fastest way. The option appears only for Google or email accounts.
2. Delete on this page
Enter the email used for your Google or email account. We will send a verification code. Guest accounts cannot be deleted here.
3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the App, email [email protected] from the same address used for your account. Please include:
- The subject line Delete DramaHalo account
- The email address or Google account you used to sign in
- Your in-app user ID, if you still have it
We will verify the request and complete deletion. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
4. What happens after deletion
- Your account is logically deleted: it is disabled and can no longer be used to sign in.
- Google ID, email, and password are removed from the account.
- All active sessions are revoked.
- Coins, VIP status, and watch history tied to the account are no longer available.
- We keep a deletion record. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Subscriptions billed through Google Play must be cancelled separately in your Google Play account settings.
